CBS can meet all of your repair and service needs. The CBS Service Division provides mobile response with journeymen to master-level HVAC technicians, electricians, control technicians and plumbers. Our rapidly expanding support staff includes over 30 qualified technicians. Many have been with CBS for more than 10 years. Each technician is equipped with a stocked truck fitted to their particular trade, enabling them to respond to customer needs 24 hours a day.

Service Technicians are dispatched from the CBS centralized Work Control Center in Washington, DC. After normal work hours CBS receives and dispatches emergency calls through our emergency notification system. All CBS employees are assigned pagers and/or cell phones for 24-hour call-ups.

Mobile Maintenance

CBS provides comprehensive Mobile Maintenance services for smaller facilities that do not require full-time engineering staff. Our services include:
