Complete Building Services Hires New Director of Facilities

Washington, DC – Complete Building Services (CBS), a leader in facility maintenance management, has enhanced their Government Services and improved their client relationships by adding Darrell Ruckman to the operations team. Darrell will be taking on the new role of Director of Facilities where his extensive management and technical expertise will help him contribute to the management of CBS’s existing projects and the continued growth in the federal and private facilities sectors.

"Darrell's 35 years of facilities management experience in both the public and private sectors have proven he's an ideal addition to our team” says Senior Vice President John Pawulak. "He's a terrific asset."

Mr. Ruckman will be responsible for the leadership and management of all CBS's designated facility operations for our Facilities Management Division. A long-time capital area resident, Darrell has served in various senior management positions, most recently as the Director of US Army Public Works for the Base Operating Services contract at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. In the past he held such positions as Director of Operations with EMCOR Facilities Services and Senior Project Manager with North America Telecommunications, Inc.
